  • Drove training support systems along with the assurance of regular up-gradation, maintenance of all knowledge support systems as per the norms, and implemented processes to make the training function process driven
  • Designed strategies and created initiatives to enhance individual, group, and corporate productivity and profitability
  • Developed a structured feedback mechanism to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and analyzed the feedback inputs to improvise the system of training delivery
  • Conducted training programs for internal & external clients
  • Spearheaded a team of 5 people, including four zonal L&Ds and one training coordinator, 2nd level of reported comprising 4 full-time trainers and associate trainers (directly reporting to the zonal L&Ds)
  • Selected two zonal L&D (East and West), three training coordinators (North, South, and West), and 274 Associate Trainers
  • Participated in the final selection of trainers for all projects, contributed to the monthly reviews, and resolved the challenging situation
  • Motivated team on the upcoming projects; conducted a random check of the post-training report submitted by the trainers
  • Acquired trainers and coaches and coordinated from start to end, besides conducting training for internal and external clients on soft skills
