He has trained more than 5000 participants on Soft Skill and Technical Skill Trainings in different domains such as Aviation, Automobile, Chemical, Educational Institutions, Garments, Pharma, Textile, etc. He is a certified Auditor for IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS) & ISO 21001:2018 (EOMS).

He has over 23 years of industrial experience in reputed Multinational Companies. He provides training, consulting and Handholding services to help in the growth of Organizations by Lean Six Sigma, Problem Solving Skills, Poka Yoke, TQM, TPM, Kaizen, Poka Yoke , FMEA , 5S, ISO, Soft Skills etc. Being a Master Black belt, he guides various Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
