Sudipta is a qualified and certified Soft Skills Trainer and Train the Trainer from various institutions including Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), National Accreditation Board for Education & Training (NABET), Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), and TAP International Institute. She has experience working with people from various domains and is known for her ability to effectively manage people and their behavior. She is also creative and possesses excellent interpersonal management skills.

Currently, Sudipta is working as a freelance Soft Skills Trainer, taking on projects in various corporates, clubs, management and engineering colleges, schools, and training institutions. Her extensive corporate experience includes mentoring and managing teams, as well as training and developing team members. With her passion for soft skills training and her own inner strengths, Sudipta is dedicated to mentoring and facilitating others to reach their full potential.
