About Saumya

Saumya is an L&D consultant and behavioral training expert. I have a Ph.D. in Management (H.R.) and more than 12 years of experience working in businesses and schools. Saumya believes everyone has great potential and that the right motivation and guidance can help them achieve their goals. She accurately identifies clients' needs and delivers action-oriented training that improves organizational performance.

Saumya also has a notable achievement in her past, being selected as a flying officer in the Indian Air Force in 2005, although she never got to wear the uniform. She takes pride in this accomplishment, which stands tall in her conscience.
