Sanjay

Sanjay is a consultant, workshop facilitator, and coach with over 15 years of experience in improving individual and organizational performance by aligning efforts on projects and products with clearly defined strategic objectives. He has worked with various corporate, non-profit, and government organizations. Moreover, he has 15 years of experience as a project/engineering manager with leadership and management experience in project management, project engineering and project delivery, and product design & development across various domains like automotive, aerospace, industrial engineering, and manufacturing.

Sanjay has a leadership attitude, is result-oriented, and is a product engineering leader in end-to-end project management, product design & development, process improvement, value engineering, process improvement, DMAIC and DFSS projects, lean manufacturing projects, Kaizen, KANBAN, 5S/6S, 7QC tools in manufacturing. In addition, he has strong experience managing end-to-end projects (from Project Initiation to Handover to Production and Sales).

Sanjay has international exposure and working experience in Europe and with multicultural teams from the US and Europe. He has experience managing day-to-day tactical operations through front-line leaders by providing a clear vision, setting goals, and transforming an organization’s strategy into achievable goals. He is a strong cross-functional communicator with internal & external stakeholders and has strong experience working closely with production, procurement, finance, HR, quality, and IT.

Sanjay also has experience working closely with the business & program management groups to prioritize, conceptualize new projects, and create and engage new teams to drive toward implementation. He can analyze external & internal stakeholder requirements and define the project goals by balancing stakeholder needs, constraints, and objectives. And can monitor and control the scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Perform risk analysis using various tools and techniques, and follow change management.
