Neil has overall experience of 34 years (sales 12 years and training 22 years) covers a wide gamut of areas spread across sales, channel management, training and people development.

In the last 22 years as a corporate trainer and consultant, I have successfully conducted around 3000 training programs across different levels in organizations.

I started as an entrepreneur 18 years ago and today it’s been around 350 clients from 30 different industry segments who have been associated with me for various training programs. I have trained around 30,000 employees till date.

I offer training in areas of Selling skills, Customer Service Excellence, Time & Stress Management, Positive Attitude, Self Motivation and Team Building, Business Communication skills, Managerial Effectiveness, Personality Development, Work Life Balance and Train the Trainer. I also conduct training in Hindi for blue collar workers.
