About Neela

Neela has had a long and diverse career spanning 19 years in various industries. She started as an electronics engineer and worked in software development and testing at reputed IT organizations. After obtaining an MBA, she worked abroad in the USA and UK, gaining insight into different cultures and discovering a passion for training. Upon returning to India, she started to provide online and offline training, consulting, and coaching, focusing on leadership and behavioral skills, performance coaching and consulting behavioral assessment, and image management.

Neela is a certified Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer and has worked in industries such as BFSI, Retail, IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Education. She is also a Certified Behavioral Assessor and has worked in several assessment/development centers. She has trained over 6,000 staff and students throughout her career and continued specializing to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
