Namitha

Namitha is a professional who helps individuals and organizations move from ideas to innovation through Design Thinking. She began her career as an Engineer at Wipro Technologies but later discovered her passion for learning and development. After a few years in tech, she switched careers and became a Behavioural Skills Trainer. Namitha has designed, developed, and facilitated various learning solutions, including workshops, blended learning courses, labs, coaching sessions, and game-based simulations for various corporate clients across different sectors and domains.

Creativity and innovation are her core areas of interest, and she endeavors to make these skills accessible to everyone through Design Thinking. Namitha is a certified Design Thinking Practitioner and has delivered over 150 highly engaging Design Thinking workshops, certifications, and many Design Sprints for corporates and educational institutions. She uses experiential and hands-on training methodologies such as Lego Serious Play, Simulated D-Lab (Design Lab), Creativity Huddle, etc. Namitha has also worked closely with clients in the IT and BPM domain to apply Design Thinking to live business challenges and coach teams to develop innovative solutions. Additionally, she is passionate about using game mechanics to make learning fun, interactive, and impactful. She has worked extensively on gamification for learning, jointly developing digital simulations and gamified blended learning and micro-learning courses. Namitha also holds copyrights for two games that have been developed for leadership.
