Muhammed is a result-oriented and innovative training consultant specializing in delivering training on various topics such as communication skills, leadership, team building, and public speaking. He began as a part-time consultant in 2009 and turned full-time in 2012, and now works as a freelance professional corporate trainer with a good client list. He has experience bringing about transformations in people and is skilled in translating employee development behaviors into learning designs. In addition, he is self-motivated with excellent planning, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Muhammed's core competencies include devising and implementing a training strategy, analyzing business and learning needs, and deciding why a training program is the recommended solution to a business problem. He also has strong analytical skills and can understand and correlate performance drivers.
