Latha is a PMI Accredited Trainer and Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt with over 22 years of corporate experience in Project Management, Operations, Lean 6 Sigma, Process Excellence, Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management. She has also spent approximately 12 years training employees on various leadership, behavioral, and other topics in corporate roles and later as a global Trainer/Consultant with a focus on Continuous Improvement. She is capable of creating training content that is tailored to the learning requirements of the client. She has provided virtual training to participants from 24 countries across the European, Asian, Australian, and African continents. She has also worked as a PG program faculty for a Global University.
