• Develop relationships with external training providers to ensure access to the latest training programs and resources.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the L&D function and make recommendations for improvement

• Develop and deliver effective training programs and workshops to enhance soft skills, leadership, communication, and relationship building for corporate clients
