Coupa Global Digital Change Manager

  • Complete a training needs analysis for the Coupa global implementation of Coupa.
  • Attend all Coupa-related procurement validation and configuration meetings to establish the changes and then conduct impact assessments to establish the roadmap for the changes from the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ state.
  • Create a training overview of the Procurement workstream for the Regional center, along with other workstreams to be rolled out over a 3 month period.
  • Create and deliver a leadership change behavioral training course, so that the managers can handle and deliver changes from 2022.
  • Assist the procurement heads in delivering exposure for the program for wave 1 roll-out in the US, UK and Ireland.
