  • Coffee Panel Leader: Recruit, train, and maintain an additional Spectrum™ wine panel, including panelist monitoring and tracking, to optimize and increase sensory testing
  • Development of a coffee lexicon and ballot to standardize spirits evaluation. Spectrum™ Panelist: 200+ hours, including alcohol, dairy, coffee, wine, and nondairy beverages
  • Determined sensory and chemical properties for 67 specialty coffees by instrumental identification of key aroma active compounds, Spectrum™ descriptive analysis, and consumer panel
  • Creation and analysis of a historical database to determine sensory and analytical learnings Gained experience with LIMS, RStudio, and Senpaq software
