Developing and maintaining course materials, including syllabi, course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments

Conducting assessments and evaluations of student performance and providing feedback to students to help them improve their understanding of course material

Providing academic counseling and support to students, including helping them to develop study skills, manage their time effectively, and set academic goals

Conducting research in relevant fields and publishing research findings in academic journals and other publications

Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in relevant fields and using this knowledge to inform teaching strategies and tactics

Participating in faculty meetings and serving on academic committees as required

Participating in professional development activities, including conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Performing administrative duties related to teaching, including maintaining accurate records of student attendance and grades and responding to student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Conducting research in relevant fields and collaborating with other faculty members, graduate students, and research staff to develop and implement research projects

Developing and maintaining research proposals, including identifying research questions, defining research methodologies, and preparing funding applications

Collecting and analyzing research data, using statistical and other data analysis tools, and interpreting research findings to identify new insights and opportunities for innovation

Writing research reports, academic papers, and other publications and presenting research findings at conferences and other academic forums

Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in relevant fields and using this knowledge to inform research strategies and tactics

Participating in faculty meetings and serving on academic committees related to research and development as required

Developing and maintaining partnerships with other academic institutions and research organizations and participating in collaborative research projects

Mentoring graduate students and research staff and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their research goals

Performing administrative duties related to research, including maintaining accurate records of research data and funding sources and ensuring compliance with research ethics and regulations

Developing and coordinating departmental activity and sports programs, including organizing competitions, tournaments, and other events

Coordinating student clubs and organizations related to activity and sports and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as community organizations and sports clubs, to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership

Working with other faculty members to develop and implement student wellness programs to promote physical and mental health.

Organizing and managing sports facilities, including scheduling the use of facilities and maintaining equipment and supplies

Collaborating with other departments and administrative units to develop and implement comprehensive programs that promote student engagement and success

Developing and maintaining budgets for departmental activity and sports programs and ensuring that expenses are managed effectively

Planning and implementing safety and risk management programs for departmental activity and sports programs to ensure participants are protected from injury and harm

Coordinating student volunteer programs related to activity and sports to promote community engagement and social responsibility

Participating in faculty meetings, serving on academic committees related to activity and sports, and contributing to broader student engagement and success discussions
