Archana

Archana Rajesh is an experienced corporate trainer and keynote speaker with a strong ability to train various professionals, including senior executives, academics, police officers, scientists, and trainers. With 24 years of experience in Information Technology and Training, Archana deeply understands the real-world challenges individuals and organizations face at various levels. She holds a distinction in MCA and a diploma in Training and Development (IATD).

Archana is also a member of the WICCI-Karnataka Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee and has actively delivered the "Prevention of Sexual Harassment" program to over 3500 participants. In addition to her professional training work, Archana is passionate about empowering women and has delivered multiple sessions on women's empowerment programs. She has also worked to motivate and encourage women leaders to take on senior roles within organizations and has helped many women entrepreneurs to succeed.
