Ajit is a seasoned professional with an impressive career spanning over 10 years of training experience one of India's leading engineering and construction companies. His journey at L&T was diverse, contributing his expertise to various technical departments and organizational functions. From Inspection to Manufacturing, Projects to Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and even Erection & Commissioning of Electrical cum Electronic Products and Systems, Ajit's extensive experience covered a wide spectrum of industrial domains. He was instrumental in ensuring the delivery of top-notch products and systems to various industries, exemplifying his versatility and proficiency in the technical field.

After his retirement in 2013, Ajit transitioned into the role of a Freelancer, primarily focusing on training, with a particular emphasis on drives, both DC and AC (VFDs). His training efforts extend across all industries, where these crucial components find applications. Currently associated with M/s L&T at the Skill Trainers Academy in Madh, Mumbai, Ajit is dedicated to passing on his knowledge to trainers, equipping them with the skill sets, domain knowledge, and platform expertise needed to excel in their roles. Ajit's three key strengths Inspection, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, and his innate ability to troubleshoot product and system-related issues—set him apart as an invaluable resource in technical training.
